Who we are

Wassile is a personal shopping and container-shipping service run by a Lebanese family based in Germany, with a trusted handover contact in Lebanon. You talk to the same person from your first message to your delivery.

What we do

• We buy original products brand-new from official German stores.
• Orders are grouped into one container per cycle, shipped to Lebanon and cleared through customs by us.
• You collect from our Beirut hub for free, or get home delivery in your district.

What you can count on

• The product price you see is the price you pay — no customs fees or surprise charges at handover.
• Every order gets a real order code and a live status page.
• Support in English and Arabic on WhatsApp, 10am–10pm Beirut time.

Legal basis: every order is exported from Germany to Lebanon as a tax-exempt export delivery under § 4 No. 1a in conjunction with § 6 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No European VAT is charged.
