How do your prices work?
Every price you see on Wassile is the final price for the product. It includes the product cost, sourcing in Germany, handling, payment fees, and our service margin. Delivery costs are calculated separately and shown clearly before you confirm your order, so you always know the total amount you will pay.
When do you start buying my products?
As soon as your order is confirmed. For Whish, OMT, or card, that's once we verify your payment. For cash on delivery, it's once we check your order details, and you pay when it's delivered. Your order then moves to "Buying in Germany" and we start purchasing.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the container cycle. If your order is confirmed before the batch cut-off date, it joins the next container. Sea freight to Lebanon plus customs typically takes 3–5 weeks after dispatch. Timing may vary with sourcing, customs, and local handover.
What if one of my items is out of stock in Germany?
We contact you on WhatsApp with options: wait for restock, swap for a similar product, or refund that item. Your order can ship partially and the rest joins the next batch — your choice.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes. At checkout choose pickup, and once the container arrives and clears customs we arrange a pickup time with our contact in Lebanon.
Is the final price exactly what I see at checkout?
Yes. The product price shown at checkout is fixed and will not change. Delivery costs are calculated separately and displayed clearly before you complete your order, so you can review the complete total before paying.
Can I order something that's not in the catalog?
Usually yes. Message us on WhatsApp with a link or photo of the product and we'll quote you our price and add it to your order.
What if something goes wrong and Wassile can't resolve it?
Contact us on WhatsApp first — we resolve almost everything directly. If you ever need to escalate beyond us, Lebanon's Ministry of Economy and Trade consumer protection hotline is 1739.
