Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on wassile.com. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns policy and Privacy policy.

Who we are

• Wassile is a personal shopping and shipping service run from Germany. The operator is named in our Impressum.
• You can reach us on WhatsApp or at support@wassile.com.

How an order works

• When you submit an order, you send us an order request. The contract is made when we confirm your order.
• We then buy your items new in Germany, pack them, ship them to Lebanon in the next container and hand them over at our Beirut hub or at your door.
• We keep you updated on WhatsApp at every step, and you can follow your order on its order page.

Prices

• Prices are in US dollars. The product price is final: it covers buying, packing, international freight and customs clearance into Lebanon.
• Pickup from our Beirut hub is free. Home delivery adds only your district's fee, shown at checkout before you submit your order.
• Where a euro amount is shown, it is only a guide.

Payment

• Whish Money, OMT and card (when offered at checkout) are paid online before we buy. Orders not paid within the time shown on the order expire automatically.
• Cash on delivery: we confirm your order with you on WhatsApp first, and you pay in cash when you receive your order, at pickup or at your door. Limits apply, for example one open cash on delivery order at a time.

Delivery times

• The order cutoff, container date and arrival window shown on the site are our best estimate. Customs or the shipping line can delay a container; if that happens, we tell you on WhatsApp.

Products

• We buy only brand-new products from official stores in Germany. Photos and descriptions come from the brand or the store, and packaging can differ slightly.

Applicable law

• German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Legal basis: every order is exported from Germany to Lebanon as a tax-exempt export delivery under § 4 No. 1a in conjunction with § 6 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No European VAT is charged.
