What you pay

The product price you see on Wassile is the final price for that product. It already covers buying in Germany, packing, international freight and customs clearance into Lebanon. There are no customs fees or surprise charges at handover.

• Pickup from our Beirut hub: free.
• Home delivery in Lebanon: a small fee for your district, shown at checkout before you submit your order. It is the only amount added to the product price.

How long it takes

• Orders are grouped into one container per cycle. The order cutoff, the container date and the expected arrival window are shown on every product page, in your cart and at checkout.
• Orders placed after a cutoff join the next container.
• After the container leaves Germany, it usually reaches our Beirut hub within 4–6 weeks, depending on customs.
• We message you on WhatsApp at every step: confirmed, bought, packed, shipped, arrived, delivered.

Delivery and pickup

• Home delivery is available across all 25 districts of Lebanon.
• You choose delivery or pickup at checkout; pickup needs no address.
• A product that arrives damaged is covered by our returns policy.

Legal basis: every order is exported from Germany to Lebanon as a tax-exempt export delivery under § 4 No. 1a in conjunction with § 6 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No European VAT is charged.
