Returns policy

How you pay

• Whish Money, OMT and card (when offered at checkout) are paid online before we buy: send the payment within the time shown on your order and upload your receipt. Orders that are not paid in time expire automatically.
• Cash on delivery: we first confirm your order with you on WhatsApp, and you pay in cash when you receive your order — at our Beirut hub if you chose pickup, or at your door if you chose home delivery.

Before we buy

• Nothing is bought until your order is confirmed: after your online payment is verified, or after we confirm a cash on delivery order on WhatsApp.
• Until then you can change or cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back.

After we buy

• Every item is bought specifically for you from German stores, so an order can no longer be cancelled or changed once buying has started.
• If you refuse a cash on delivery order we have already bought for you, cash on delivery may no longer be offered to you.

When you get a refund

• The product arrives damaged at pickup or delivery — tell us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as you receive it.
• We could not buy the item in Germany after your order was confirmed — that item is refunded in full, or with cash on delivery simply not charged.

Refunds go back the way you paid, unless we agree another way with you on WhatsApp. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Legal basis: every order is exported from Germany to Lebanon as a tax-exempt export delivery under § 4 No. 1a in conjunction with § 6 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No European VAT is charged.
